Circuit training is back by popular demand! Our land-based circuit training provides a mix of strength and endurance exercises. This class has the added benefit of being taught by one of our personal trainers. During each class, we will focus on improving your fitness level by maximizing proper alignment and your full range of motion. A variety of high-intensity training stations will be utilized throughout the class.
If you’re looking for more of a challenge, come to circuit training and stay for our Fit Ball class! Last month we added Fit Ball, a 30-minute core strengthening class to our Tuesday morning schedule.
